Art Is Still Honest celebrates a diverse range of grassroots and experimental creative practice across music, visual art, performance, and text. It incorporates a rich tapestry of academic research along side underground and exploratory outputs directly tied to the everyday lives of artists. AISH serves as banner under which several forms of such practice coincide: participatory arts research, the Difficult Art and Music label & small press, MEANS magazine, and the design house Loyalty Corps.

Art is Still Honest specialises in creative media research and support aimed at fostering community and enhancing well-being. By focusing on grassroots and experimental practices, we empower practitioners of all kinds—researchers, artists, charities—to develop new socially-aware artistic strategies and approaches. AISH believe that the arts provide a crucial means for building community and promoting social well-being, creating opportunities for genuine experimentation and exploration for everyone.
