Take some time to tune in to your own rhythm and the rhythm of the seasons. Hedgewitchery is making magic with the everyday and what is available to us in nature. Together we honour ourselves and the season Through sharing, creating, making, spell casting, and learning magic together. Take away some new tools and practices to integrate into your own journey on the witches road.
Witch School is a unique project exploring the world of nature-led witchcraft through crafting, story-telling and play. Designed for the curious and the creative, these workshops encourage you to reflect on your own needs and practices, and focus on collective sensory and artistic experiences.
They are a space to explore, experience, and discuss what it means to practice or explore magic and art in today’s world. Designed for children and adults alike, we explore topics like fire and saining - a traditional Scottish practice of blessing, protecting, and purifying a space, person, or object using smoke from burning herbs native to the local area.

Participants will learn how to build their own herb bundles for ‘smudging’, to use living plants to create decorative ‘wards’, which date back to ancient times as a tradition of protecting a space from harm. Most of all, Witch School is a place for sharing, a creative space for learning about the practice of magic, and how it can help you to reconnect with your environment.
