Museum Ghost no.1 Art Print

from £3.00

Featuring doctored photography taken at Taigh Chearsabhagh and the surrounding area of North Uist, this series of prints explores the ghost-like effigies of the Scottish islands - museum mannequins and church statues, hovering over the often half-abandoned relics of communities that have been plagued by decades of depopulation. It’s sobering stuff, reminding us of the ever-changing nature of human society, not to mention the speed of its current decline. What statues will remain of us in a hundred years - if any?

Designed and photographed by Loyalty Corps, this print is available on classic textured water-colour as well as seed card stock (which will be naturally distressed - don’t expect a perfect sheen if you order a seed print!) which can be planted (or put on your wall, whatever). Each artwork is printed by our in-house studio to order, so expect minor deviations of colour, and each print will be hand-numbered.
